Basically, the reason for this is because 20m.com is total CRAP! I'm sorry but I've had enough of this half-arsed service that they've been giving me and I've decided to go for professional hosting.
If you want my advice, NEVER CHOOSE 20M.COM TO HOST YOUR WEBSITE! Not unless you want to be constantly messed about with different people within the company telling you different things, or to have your website deleted for no reason at all, or to have the server go down repeatedly!
IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! TRUST ME!!
